III. Preventive Action
Advisories are issued by the Commission from time to time to alert the organizations about the vulnerabilities in the organizations, policies, systems and procedures which pose a risk of corruption.
1. Commission vide its Circular No.15/09/21 dated 01.09.2021 had issued guidelines regarding observancen of vigilance awareness week, 2021 to all the Ministries/Deparments/CPSUs/PSBs/FIs/PSICs/Autonomous bodies.
2. Commission vide its CircularNo.16/09/21 dated 15.09.2021 had issued guidelines regarding reporting of cases of deviations from the Central Vigilance Commission's advice to all Secretaries/CMDs/Chief Executives/Heads/CEOs and CVOs of all Ministries/Departments of GoI / CPSUs / PSBs / PSICs / Autonomous Bodies, etc.
